Fyma Dashboard Upgrade: Your Space Data - Now Easier to Understand, Share, and Act On
June 22, 2025

In commercial real estate, timing is critical. Client feedback told us the data was good - but it wasn't fast enough to use at scale. We rebuilt the dashboard from the ground up as a foundational shift toward clarity and actionable insights, not just data volume.
The Problem We Solved
Traditional dashboards overwhelmed users with data but lacked narrative clarity. Clients needed faster access to insights without clicking through multiple screens. Manual reformatting of data for stakeholder sharing consumed hours that should have been spent acting on the findings.
Smarter Time Comparisons
Streamlined interval selection with predefined comparison options - previous week, same day last month, rolling three-month average - removes the most common source of chart misinterpretation. Comparisons are now always apples-to-apples, even across seasonal periods or atypical weeks.
Daily and Hourly Breakdowns
Granular performance visibility across weekdays and specific hours enables accurate resource scheduling. Operators can now see whether Tuesday lunch-time foot traffic warrants an extra team member or whether Monday morning occupancy patterns justify adjusted opening hours - and back that recommendation with eight weeks of comparable data.
Trend Analysis Over Time
Multiple timeframe options - 30 days, 12 weeks, six months - allow teams to assess campaign impact, seasonal variation, and the effect of operational changes without bespoke analysis requests. Trends surface automatically in the main dashboard view.
Sensor-Level Transparency
Data source attribution shows which virtual sensors contributed to each metric. When a number looks unexpected, teams can now trace it to a specific camera region and validate or investigate without a support ticket. This transparency has become one of the most-praised features in client feedback.
Export and Share in One Click
PDF and XLSX exports with scheduling capabilities mean reports reach the right stakeholders automatically. Board packs, landlord summaries, and operations briefings can all be automated - with the correct time range and sensor scope pre-configured for each audience.
